Overview

The latest and newly renovated Riggs hall is the talk of the Oswego Dorms, including 7 Resident Assistants, 4 floors, 1 recycling room, many flat screen televisions. Activities comprise of dinner parties, collaboration parties, RA socials which may be baking cookies or learning about graduate school. Quiet hours are from 7 pm to 7 am. With one of the best lake views on campus Riggs hall is truly The Oswego Dorm. Rumors has it that Riggs doesn't have heat, or at least enough of it.

	Lounge
	A game room which includes pool and ping pong, Riggs outer and inner appearance  say’s luxurious. Every floor has a lounge including the basements who’s couching and overall  ambiance help to relieve stress. The classical touch of piano does  provide Riggs hall with a glamorous feeling.

	Kitchenette
	Riggs Hall is one of the few halls that have a kitchen on every floor and even if meals may not be as good as a home cooked one, you can always try. The kitchens are fully equipped with a sink, stove, oven, cabinets and a microwave, and will make you feel as if you were home. If you love to cook the kitchen is available 24 hours 7 days a week. (Pots, Pans and other cooking utensils required)

	Laundry Room
	With two laundry rooms, Riggs hall has over 15 washers and dryers,  eight in each room. This new and innovative laundry room stands  above all the rest, so doing your laundry  should not be problem.
